MAIS OUI TOTAL FREEDOM PLAN
From time to time, we get requests from people who want to rent the villa as a staffed property without the meal plan or other upgrades. To accommodate these requests, we have created the Mais Oui Total Freedom Plan.
Package includes:
- Exclusive use of the property by your group. Rooms not rented will be closed off and not rented to other guests
- Accommodations for the duration of your visit – please, only for the number of people specified in your contract.
- Staff services which include concierge/manager, cook, housekeeper, grounds-man and security
- One complimentary round-trip airport transfer between Montego Bay Airport and Mais Oui. Additional trips can be arranged at cost.
- Complimentary “Welcome to Mais Oui” arrival reception
- Mais Oui Interactive Garden Tour
- Fresh flowers in villa
- Nightly turn down service
- Complimentary tennis and badminton on our court
- Complimentary use of our bicycles

Spend time kayaking in the sea by the villa. With three kayaks, there will be loads of family fun. Plus, it is healthy too!

Set out with your group in your own private air-conditioned vehicle as you begin your adventure through Jamaica. Your guide will not only show you the sights but will also explain the context so you get a full appreciation of Jamaican life and culture.
- Exotic coffee plantation tour
Enjoy a jitney tour of a working coffee plantation to see a behind the scenes look at how coffee is made. You’ll have a new appreciation of all that is involved in creating a cup of Java!
- Sugar Plantation Experience
We use sugar in so many ways but we perhaps never think about how it comes about. See the sugarcane fields. Learn how to eat sugar cane. See the process from beginning to end.
- Evening at Coral Cliff
Have dinner a little early then spend the evening at Coral Cliff for drinks, live music and casino for adults and a game lounge for the younger ones. A happening place after dark! Free admission.
- Dunns River Delight
Not visiting Dunns River is like going to Paris without seeing the Eiffel Tower. Spend half a day at this national landmark. Climb the falls or simply relax on the beach. The choice is yours.
- Ocho Rios Shopping Tour
Shop ‘til you drop at the top four shopping sites in Ocho Rios – Island Village, Taj Mahal, Soni’s Plaza and the local craft market.
- Luminous Lagoon
See a truly unique phenomenon. The lagoon’s waters glow in the dark – thanks to some special and harmless micro-organisms that live in the waters. You literally have to see it to believe it since the experience cannot be photographed successfully! (Evening only tour).
- Additional trips are available and are optional. Entrance fees not included.

DISCOVER JAMAICA WITH MAIS OUI
Designed for people who want to explore the island and experience a more authentic Jamaica, this package includes everything from the Mais Oui Total Freedom Plan plus ground transportation to give you the freedom to experience the island to your hearts content. With this package, you will leave Jamaica a little more enriched knowing that Jamaica is more than a beach! Minimum of 7 night stay required.

- A taste of adventure with round trip ground transfers using a private air-conditioned van and driver service for your entire stay to see the sights between Ocho Rios and Montego Bay
- Choice of round trip ground transportation for ONE of the following seven long-distance all-day tours outside of the coverage area. Each long-distance tour will be custom-tailored based on your desires.
- South Coast Adventure Tour: Black River Safari & YS Falls Tour
Experience the totally different dynamic of the South Coast of Jamaica where time moves a little slower and the landscape is vastly different. Try the Black River Nature Tour & Safari … a boat tour of Jamaica’s longest navigable river where crocodiles make their home. Visit Y.S. Falls, the beautiful but lesser-known waterfall where you can go river tubing and bungee jumping into the cool waters.
- Appleton Estate & YS Falls Tour
Enjoy the less crowded and serene YS Falls. Just relax if you like or get the adrenaline pumping by bungee jumping into the river! Ever thought of how rum is made? Take the Appleton Rum Factory Tour to see how. Sample the product. Your designated driver will get you home safely!
-Milk River Mineral Bath Tour
Take a dip in the Milk River Mineral Baths where the waters are reputed to cure numerous ailments including rheumatism, gout, neuralgia, and sciatica. The relative radioactivity of the waters has been found to be three (3) times as active as Karlsbad, Austria, nine (9) times as active as Bath, England, fifty (50) times as active as Vichy, France, and fifty four (54) times as active as Baden Switzerland. Keep the healthy concept going by having fresh seafood at Little Ochi, a restaurant on the beach in Alligator Pond.
-Kingston Cultural Tour
Tour Kingston’s cultural and historical points of interest. Devon House has a museum as well as high quality souvenir shops and nice restaurants. Sample unusual flavors of locally made Devon House I-Scream! If you are a reggae fan, you’ll want to visit the Bob Marley museum. If you love art, visit the Mutual Life Art Gallery or HiQuo Gallery. Drive through New Kingston and Downtown. See Jamaica’s own Beverly Hills.
-Kingston & Port Royal Tour
See the highlights of Kingston. Spend some time in Port Royal, once labeled “the richest and wickedest city in the world” with “more cash per capita than London!” thanks to the shenanigans of Sir Henry Morgan and the buccaneers in the 17th century. In 1692, Port Royal was struck by a devastating earthquake that plunged two-thirds of the city below the sea. See the remnants of British forts. Walk in the “Giddy House” which resulted from an earthquake in 1907. Enjoy the seafood!
-Portland Tour
Visit the “bottomless” Blue Lagoon. Go rafting on the Rio Grande. Climb either Somerset Falls or Reach Falls.
-Negril Sunset
Enjoy the infamous 7-mile beach. Visit the Kool Runnings Water Park for family-friendly wet and dry activities. See the sunset from Rick’s café and, if you’re daring, dive off the cliffs into the sea!

For people who want to explore the island of Jamaica as well as indulge in a few spa treatments, this package includes everything from the Mais Oui Total Freedom Plan, plus a Mais Oui Signature Spa Day with the option to request additional spa treatments from our a la carte spa menu, and ground transportation to a collection of tours and off-site activities from which to choose. Minimum of 7 night stay required.
