All rates in US dollars and are subject to 8.25% Jamaican tax and 7% staff gratuity. 10% surcharge for bookings less than 1 week. Rates do not include meals. Guests should budget about US$45 - $55 per person per day for meals at the villa, more if you decide to eat out. Maximum occupancy per room 2 - 3 persons depending on configuration. Max 8 bedroom occupancy 17 for rate listed above. Add US$75 per person per night for each additional guest otherwise (max villa occupancy 21). Inquire for additional details.

Protect your vacation from accidental damage charges caused during your stay with us WITHOUT a damage deposit. This service is just US$59 and will provide up to US$5000 in damage protection. Of course guests still have the option to place a US$500 security deposit which is fully refundable. You can choose your coverage!
