This house was built in 1790 by the Barretts of Wimpole Street, relatives of poet, Elizabeth Barrett Browning. Excellent collection of ancient musical instruments.

SCUBA DIVING
- The North Coast of Jamaica offers significant opportunities for scuba diving and snorkeling. The dive sites in Falmouth, Runaway Bay, and Ocho Rios are closest to the villa. Popular Runaway Bay - Ocho Rios dive sites include:

If you have never scuba dived before, don’t worry. You can learn while you are on the island. Many dive centers offer Discover Scuba, Discover Snorkeling, and Open Water Certification lessons. Some will even give you your lessons in the pool at the villa.

- As if our amenities were not adequate enough, see our newest addition ... a regulation sized tennis court designed and built by former Wimbledon player Richard Russell. After a game of tennis what would be more rewarding than a sports massage in our on-site spa! If you wish to venture off-site, other courts are close-by.
WATERFALLS
- Dunns River
No visit to Jamaica is complete without a trip to Dunns River Falls. True, it is very commercial but it is sort of like visiting New York without visiting the Statue of Liberty. - YS Falls
Located in the South Coast, this waterfall is not as dramatic as Dunns River but is by no means a stepsister. There is less commercialism associated with this site than Dunns River Falls.
